About

We are Insignia Pack, and we make things you can hold.

A studio of nine designers, one production manager and a shelf of paper swatches that gets consulted more often than any mood board. We work where ink meets board and the deadline is a press slot.

Designers working at a creative studio table with printed layouts

Design is a manufacturing decision.

Half of our work happens in conversations with converters, binders and print managers. We know what a 350gsm folding boxboard does at a scoring line, what an emboss costs at 20,000 units, and why your matte laminate keeps showing fingerprints. That knowledge is not a supporting detail — it is the design.

The result is artwork that arrives at press without a fortnight of corrections, and packs that look on the shelf exactly the way they looked in the presentation.

Four positions we won't negotiate.

Physical before digital

Every layout gets printed, folded and held before it gets approved. Screens flatter bad decisions; paper exposes them.

Fewer clients, deeper work

We run six to eight engagements a year. That is a deliberate ceiling, not a capacity problem.

Specification is craft

A beautiful pack with the wrong board weight is a failed pack. We own the spec sheet as seriously as the artwork.
